Job Description:

We are seeking a highly analytical, detail-oriented Reservation & Revenue Executive to oversee day-to-day lodging inventory allocations and support yield optimization channels at our premier property in Abu Dhabi. Operating as an essential quantitative analyst within our fast-paced commercial hub, this full-time role focuses on elevating occupancy thresholds, auditing multi-channel price parameters, and streamlining digital reservation paths under our unified asset management framework.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily hotel reservation inputs systematically, ensuring all direct and partner bookings are accurately processed across Global Distribution Systems.
  • Monitor room inventory levels, upcoming availability trends, and enforce absolute rate parity across Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) and direct brand booking portals.
  • Support the deployment of analytical pricing strategies aimed at aggressively growing property occupancy indexes and Average Daily Rate (ADR) parameters.
  • Analyze localized market patterns, competitor pricing fluctuations, and seasonal demand metrics to supply management with data-driven pricing intelligence.
  • Prepare, audit, and distribute detailed daily, weekly, and monthly commercial performance matrices tracking booking pickup velocities.
  • Coordinate closely with front office receptionists and corporate sales divisions to capture spillover room demand and boost operational throughput.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal Marketing and Revenue heads to seamlessly align seasonal promotions with long-term financial growth targets.
  • Handle complex guest booking alterations, elite loyalty member inquiries, and group cancellations in an efficient, polite manner.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Revenue Analytics, Business Administration, Corporate Finance, or a related commercial discipline from an accredited institution.
  • Proven, successful professional experience operating directly within a reservations coordination or junior revenue optimization role within a high-capacity hotel environment.
  • Advanced technical software literacy, featuring direct hands-on familiarity using major Property Management Systems (PMS), Central Reservation Systems (CRS), and OTA extranet dashboards.
  • Advanced technical data literacy with practical proficiency deploying formulas, statistical summaries, and inventory logs inside Microsoft Excel.
  • Deep structural understanding of core hospitality yield concepts, including RevPAR dynamics, channel mix management, and market segmentation models.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills to correspond professionally with corporate business accounts and international travelers.
  • Exceptional time-management capacities, sharp logical reasoning habits, and a highly disciplined approach to working under rigorous target deadlines.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive baseline fixed salary package structured from AED 5,000 to 6,000, determined entirely by past technical reservations testing, software navigation speed, and revenue case assessments.
  • Standard luxury hotel corporate benefits along with a clear professional track to expand your portfolio within an elite regional hospitality group.
  • Stable, long-term commercial career paths supported by our comprehensive corporate operations and integrated B2B sales support networks.
