Job Description / Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Package Management: Prepare and manage comprehensive holiday packages, including hotel stays, tours, and excursions across the UAE.
- Quotation Accuracy: Generate precise and competitive quotations for international partners, with a focus on Eastern European and CIS markets.
- Reservations Workflow: Oversee the end-to-end booking process, ensuring all reservations are confirmed and documented within internal systems.
- Market Expertise: Apply specialized knowledge of CIS and European travel preferences to tailor itineraries and booking workflows.
- Technical Coordination: Utilize booking software and MS Excel to track inventory, manage multiple bookings, and report on operational data.
- Internal Collaboration: Liaise with sales, operations, and external vendors to ensure seamless execution of travel itineraries for arriving guests.
🔹 Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in a reservations role specifically within a Dubai-based Destination Management Company (DMC).
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory for all applicants.
- Destination Knowledge: In-depth familiarity with UAE attractions, landmarks, tours, and luxury hospitality offerings.
- Market Knowledge: Practical experience handling Central/Eastern European and CIS travel market requirements and workflows.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in specialized tourism booking systems, general IT skills, and advanced MS Excel.
- Attributes: High attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to manage high booking volumes under pressure.
