Job Description:

The Reservations Supervisor / Reservations Agent will manage guest booking inquiries, process room reservations via OPERA PMS, optimize room inventory and pricing, coordinate daily team operations (for Supervisor level), handle guest escalations, and deliver outstanding customer service in Dubai.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Handle guest reservations accurately through telephone, email, and hotel reservation systems.
• Respond professionally to guest inquiries and assist with booking-related requests.
• Manage reservations, room inventory, and related guest information.
• For the Supervisor role, coordinate the reservations team and monitor daily operations.
• Handle guest escalations and resolve concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Support revenue, inventory management, reporting, and reservation performance activities.
• Train, motivate, and provide guidance to reservations team members where required.

🔹 Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Tourism, or a related field.
• Proven experience working in hotel reservations or front office operations in the UAE.
• Supervisory or team lead experience required for the Reservations Supervisor position.
• Strong knowledge of Property Management Systems (OPERA PMS preferred), revenue, and inventory management.
• Currently residing in the UAE with immediate availability preferred.
