Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused, and organized Restaurant Cashier to direct daily point-of-sale activities, payment reconciliations, and frontend guest tracking tracks. This active operational role demands complete cash drawer control, precise check documentation, and rapid billing concern resolution to guarantee total guest satisfaction for store management evaluation. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all daily guest food transactions accurately and with excellent processing speed.
- Operate advanced POS terminal systems to settle cash, debit/credit cards, and contactless digital wallets.
- Provide exceptional guest care, professional menu descriptions, and welcoming frontend hospitality.
- Maintain strict cash drawer counting procedures to guarantee flawless shift-end balance reports.
- Coordinate closely with kitchen preparation and service teams to ensure seamless food order pathways.
- Address customer inquiries politely and resolve transactional or booking discrepancies with high composure.
- Maintain supreme tidiness, structural alignment, and strict sanitation at the central cashier terminal station.
- Support team service tracks during high-volume peak rush hours, weekends, and seasonal holiday covers.
🔹 Requirements:
- Prior professional experience in cash handling or guest service within a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) is preferred.
- Strong functional knowledge of touch-screen POS operating layouts, credit machines, and retail accounting procedures.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal presentation skills suited for high-volume customer facing.
- Proven capability to stay completely calm, organized, and detail-oriented under compressed peak-hour pressures.
- Exceptional mathematical attention to detail, secure transaction logging tracking, and currency authentication capacity.
- Practical background in education regarding food safety basics, hospitality service standards, store opening metrics, and audit trail management rules.
