Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant General Manager to lead our premium café operations in Abu Dhabi. This role is fundamental to our hospitality framework, requiring a highly skilled professional who can oversee full restaurant operations, lead team development, and ensure smooth service delivery for management review. You will be responsible for implementing operational strategies, monitoring inventory and budgets, and elevating the café’s market presence. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure the highest standards of service delivery in Abu Dhabi.
- Lead, train, and manage the restaurant team to achieve performance goals and management objectives.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department regarding staff recruitment, performance evaluations, and hospitality training programs.
- Implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, profitability, and cost control across all departments.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools for inventory tracking, budget management, and sales reporting.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a relevant academic discipline.
- Extensive professional experience specifically in premium casual or lifestyle café and restaurant concepts within the UAE.
- Strong background in management of restaurant P&L, inventory control, and fast-paced service environments.
- Professional background in education or training regarding guest service excellence and brand positioning.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced Abu Dhabi hospitality market.
- Deep understanding of high-quality guest experiences and operational efficiency.
