Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Retail Admin Coordinator to join our growing team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can ensure smooth coordination between store teams and the Head Office for management and retail performance review. You will be responsible for handling HR-related queries, coordinating payroll inputs, and supporting recruitment processes across multiple regions. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Retail Operations, HR Processes, and Administrative Coordination and a proactive approach to store openings and compliance checks. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary contact for HR-related queries to meet management and store team support standards.
  • Support administrative integrity in Dubai, ensuring 100% precision in attendance records, leave management, and payroll inputs.
  • Liaise with the Human Resources department to facilitate recruitment coordination, candidate onboarding, and professional documentation.
  • Coordinate store openings, closures, and regulatory requirements, maintaining updated employee records and internal databases.
  • Utilize digital Information Technology tools and ERP systems to prepare sales analysis reports and management updates for regional operations.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
  • 5–7 years of professional experience specifically in administrative roles within retail, luxury, or beauty sectors.
  • Strong background in management of HR processes, retail operations, and internal communications.
  • Professional background in education regarding ERP/CRM systems, Microsoft Office applications, and operational compliance.
  • Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, multitask under pressure, and maintain excellent organizational skills in Dubai.
  • Proven ability to coordinate complex administrative tasks across diverse geographic locations (UAE, Qatar, KSA).
