Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Retail & Distribution Assistant to support our growing branch operations in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can assist in sales support and distribution activities for management and operational performance review. You will be responsible for coordinating product movements, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth supply chain workflows. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Retail Operations, Distribution Coordination, and Sales Support and a proactive approach to day-to-day operational efficiency. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in retail and distribution operations to meet management and organizational growth standards.
- Support operational integrity in Dubai, processing sales orders and coordinating skincare product distribution with 100% precision.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department and internal teams to facilitate professional organizational coordination of administrative and branch tasks.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and product movements while ensuring compliance with operational guidelines.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools to monitor supply chain operations and enhance communication with international partners.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business, Retail Management, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Prior professional experience in retail and distribution roles (beauty/skincare industry experience is a strong advantage).
- Strong background in management of operational workflows, sales support, and inventory tracking.
- Professional background in education regarding UAE product registration processes, retail trends, and communication skills.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, multitask efficiently, and work effectively in Dubai.
