Job Description:
MyShops UAE is seeking a customer-focused Retail Sales Representative to join its expanding retail operations in Dubai. Based in Dubai, this electronics sales professional will assist retail customers with smartphones and IT devices, achieve individual monthly sales targets, process checkout transactions via POS systems, maintain product displays, and deliver high-level customer service across leading tech brands.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting smartphones, IT products, consumer electronics, and accessories.
- Achieve individual sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Deliver exceptional customer service and product recommendations.
- Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on the latest technology trends.
- Process sales transactions using POS systems accurately.
- Support daily store operations and maintain attractive product displays.
🔹 Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of dedicated retail sales experience within the consumer electronics or tech industry.
- High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree preferred; prior UAE retail experience is advantageous.
- Strong working knowledge of leading tech brands (Apple, Samsung, Honor, Xiaomi, Lenovo, HP) across smartphones, laptops, and accessories.
- Demonstrated history of reaching sales targets and operating POS retail transaction systems.
- Excellent communication skills in English, customer service mindset, and passion for consumer technology.
