Job Description:
We are expanding our workforce and seeking experienced professionals to join our Roads & Infrastructure division across the UAE. These roles are fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring professionals who can manage complex project components for management and technical review. You will be responsible for planning, estimation, site management, or document control depending on your specialism. We are looking for individuals with a strong foundation in UAE Infrastructure Regulations and Project Standards and a proactive approach to meeting deadlines in fast-paced construction environments. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Execute planning, engineering, or site management tasks to meet management and infrastructure project targets.
- Support project integrity in the UAE, ensuring 100% data integrity in technical drawings, estimation logs, and document control systems.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department and project teams to coordinate NOC approvals and technical deliverables with local authorities.
- Manage project timelines and resources effectively while ensuring compliance with UAE construction regulations and safety standards.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools and Primavera/ERP systems to optimize project tracking and professional engineering reporting.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering/Construction plus a relevant professional Project Management or NOC Certificate.
- Proven professional experience specifically within roads and infrastructure projects in the UAE.
- Strong background in management of construction workflows, technical estimation, or planning and project controls.
- Professional background in education or training regarding UAE authority approvals, NOC coordination, and international project standards.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, strong coordination skills, and the capability to work efficiently in a high-pressure construction environment.
- Excellent organizational skills with the capability to support a high-volume infrastructure firm in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
