Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Room Attendant to join our professional Housekeeping operations team in Abu Dhabi. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a hospitality professional who can deliver environmental precision for management and room readiness performance review. You will be responsible for restoring guest suites, verifying amenity allotments, sterilizing private bathrooms, reporting physical suite damages, and preserving strict sanitization guidelines across assigned corridors. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Room Preparation Metrics, Commercial Hygiene Standards, and Independent Property Upkeep Operations and a proactive approach to guest comfort tracking. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Clean, sanitize, and arrange guest rooms, bathrooms, and public corridors to meet management and property cleanliness targets.
- Support environmental integrity in Abu Dhabi, tracking room amenities, chemical applications, and linen adjustments with 100% precision.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department, front-of-house guest service desks, and maintenance teams to facilitate professional organizational coordination of room turnovers.
- Report structural defects, lost items, or room damages to supervisors promptly to protect hotel assets and service standards.
- Utilize digital Information Technology networks and mobile devices to log room status completions, communicate engineering requirements, and prevent task delays.
🔹 Requirements:
- High School Certificate, Diploma, or Certificate in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or a related sector preferred.
- Prior professional experience handling room attendant duties within a professional hotel environment is preferred.
- Strong background in management of chemical safety guidelines, commercial cleaning inventories, and independent shift schedules.
- Professional background in education regarding hospitality hygiene protocols, guest interaction rules, and formal property housekeeping workflows; candidates must currently be located in the UAE.
- Excellent physical stamina, sharp attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining elite presentation scores.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, manage multiple room cleanings under demanding occupancies, and thrive in a fast-paced Abu Dhabi resort environment.
