Runner – Dubai, UAE | Avlu Restaurant (Licensed Turkish & Greek)

About the Role:

Avlu Restaurant, a licensed Turkish & Greek restaurant opening soon in Dubai, is seeking an efficient and energetic Runner. This role provides crucial support to the service team by ensuring swift delivery of food, clearing tables promptly, and maintaining cleanliness standards in the dining area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Swiftly deliver food and beverages from the kitchen/bar to guest tables.
• Assist Waiters with setting and resetting tables efficiently.
• Clear dirty dishes and utensils from tables and transport them to the dish area.
• Ensure all service stations are stocked and organized throughout the shift.
• Provide quick and reliable support to the entire F&B service team.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar Runner or entry-level restaurant role is highly beneficial.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive attitude, professional appearance, and team-oriented mindset.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
• Fluency in English is required.

Compensation & Application:

• Competitive compensation package: AED 5000 to 10000.
