Job Description:
We are currently hiring a qualified and experienced Safety Engineer to join our operations in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our project framework, requiring a professional who can oversee health, safety, and environmental practices for management and compliance review. You will be responsible for implementing HSE regulations, conducting audits, and ensuring strict adherence to Dubai Municipality and Civil Defense requirements. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and enforce HSE rules and regulations to meet management and regulatory targets.
- Conduct detailed risk assessments and safety audits in Dubai, ensuring 100% data integrity in compliance records and incident reporting.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department and site workers to lead safety induction sessions and promote a strong safety culture.
- Monitor site activities to prevent operational delays and ensure full compliance with Dubai Municipality and Civil Defense requirements.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools to maintain accurate safety documentation and coordinate with project teams for safe working practices.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a professional Certificate in a related safety discipline.
- 3–5 years of professional experience specifically as a Safety Engineer in the UAE Construction sector.
- Strong background in management of workplace hazards, risk assessments, and safety audit procedures.
- Professional background in education or training regarding NEBOSH certification or equivalent safety qualifications.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, strong analytical monitoring skills, and effective enforcement of compliance.
- Excellent leadership skills with the capability to manage complex HSE matters in a fast-paced Dubai construction environment.
