Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and highly responsible Safety Manager to oversee all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) operations for our villa construction projects in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can implement comprehensive safety policies for management and regulatory review. You will be responsible for conducting risk assessments, leading incident investigations, and ensuring full compliance with local and international safety standards. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Construction Safety Laws and HSE Audit Protocols and a proactive approach to hazard mitigation and safety culture promotion. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive safety policies to meet management and international HSE standards.
• Support operational integrity in Dubai, ensuring 100% data integrity in safety audits, risk assessments, and incident investigation reports.
• Liaise with the Human Resources department and site personnel to organize safety training sessions and promote a zero-incident culture across project levels.
• Conduct regular site inspections and mitigation activities to ensure full compliance with UAE construction safety regulations.
• Utilize digital Information Technology tools to optimize HSE documentation accuracy and provide professional safety performance reporting.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree plus a mandatory NEBOSH IGC or Equivalent Internationally Recognized Safety Certificate.
• Minimum 10+ years of professional experience specifically in construction safety management.
• Strong background in management of risk assessment processes, safety auditing, and incident investigation protocols.
• Professional background in education or training regarding Dubai construction safety laws, hazard mitigation, and HSE compliance.
• Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, strong leadership skills, and the capability to manage safety across multiple project sites.
• Excellent organizational skills with the capability to support a high-standard contracting firm in Dubai.
