Job Description:

We are seeking a qualified and dedicated Safety Officer to join our professional team at the Head Office in Ajman. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can deliver technical precision for management and safety performance review. You will be responsible for overseeing safety standards across stores and distribution centers, conducting risk assessments, and promoting a “Safety-First” culture. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Occupational Health, Risk Mitigation, and Regulatory Compliance and a proactive approach to workplace protection. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee workplace safety standards across all operational facilities to meet management and regulatory benchmarks.
• Support occupational integrity in Ajman, conducting regular risk assessments and implementing preventive measures with 100% precision.
• Liaise with the Human Resources department to facilitate professional organizational coordination of employee safety training sessions.
• Monitor and investigate workplace incidents, preparing detailed reports and recommendations to reduce risks.
• Utilize digital Information Technology tools to ensure compliance with UAE safety regulations and internal corporate policies.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or Engineering.
• NEBOSH Certification is mandatory.
• 3–5 years of experience in workplace safety (Retail or Logistics experience is preferred).
• Strong background in management of safety operations across multiple operational sites.
• Professional background in education regarding safety standards, incident investigation, and preventive planning.
• Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, communicate effectively, and thrive in a dynamic Ajman retail environment.
