ZARA HOME is actively expanding its retail team in Abu Dhabi and is seeking creative, commercial, and customer-driven professionals for multiple roles. Whether managing client floor journeys, supervising daily sales activities, or executing high-standard brand aesthetics, these roles are ideal for individuals passionate about premium home design, commercial floor coordination, and high-street fashion retail operations.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create a positive shopping experience.
- Assist customers in selecting products and providing accurate product information.
- Maintain attractive product displays and visual merchandising standards.
- Support daily store operations, including stock replenishment and inventory organization.
- Handle sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate with team members to achieve store performance and sales targets.
- Ensure the store remains clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
🔹 Requirements:
- High School Diploma, College Diploma, or Bachelor’s Degree, depending on the specific position applied for.
- Previous retail sales, customer care, floor coordination, or visual merchandising experience is highly advantageous.
- Genuine passion for home décor, contemporary interior design, and fast-paced retail landscapes.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal communication, and team-player skills.
