Job Description:
We are executing a strategic commercial appointment within our central growth division and are seeking a driven, career-focused Sales Associate to govern client relationship pipelines and direct full-cycle revenue generation pathways in Dubai. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong, productive relationships with prospective corporate accounts and existing institutional clients.
- Identify, target, and pursue new business leads and high-value sales opportunities across local and regional market sectors.
- Support the senior commercial team in executing strategic pipeline milestones to achieve revenue, growth, and territory volume targets.
- Conduct thorough market research, analyze demographic shifts, and assist with proactive lead generation activities.
- Represent the company professionally during all live pitches, corporate events, face-to-face consults, and digital interactions.
- Maintain highly accurate, fully auditable records of all customer communications, pipeline statuses, and account histories in the company portal.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or an equivalent accredited business credential in a relevant professional track is preferred.
- Strong professional interest or early-career tenure operating within an active business development team, commercial brokerage, or B2B customer support environment.
- Advanced technical data literacy with extensive practical proficiency managing prospect lists, tracking conversion trends, and maintaining operational sheets inside modern CRM databases and Microsoft Excel.
- Deep, comprehensive operational knowledge across the following business sectors:
- Client relationship management dynamics, account retention habits, and service quality benchmarks.
- Sales pipelines, closing methods, negotiation strategies, and professional objection handling.
- Business communication standards, executive networking habits, and cross-cultural presentation methods.
- B2B lead generation funnels, research strategies, and digital platform sourcing mechanisms.
- Outstanding interpersonal traits, a self-motivated and proactive approach to milestones, excellent group collaboration mechanics, and a goal-oriented mindset in a fast-paced setting.
