Job Description:

The Sales Coordinator will manage sales order processing, maintain client accounts, and coordinate sales administration workflows. Stationed at our Dubai office, this bilingual professional will maintain CRM database records, prepare sales tracking reports, liaise with warehouse logistics to facilitate timely order fulfillment, and deliver superior operational support to the sales team and client accounts.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage customer orders, quotations, and invoices accurately.
• Update and maintain customer information in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with clients and the warehouse team to ensure timely order processing.
• Prepare sales reports and documentation using Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Support the sales team with daily administrative and coordination tasks.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping and smooth communication between departments.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in sales support, sales administration, or sales coordination.
• Bilingual fluency in both Arabic and English is mandatory.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Prior experience within the perfume, cosmetics, or FMCG industry is a distinct advantage.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and client relationship skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail and corporate environment.
