Job Description:

We are executing a strategic commercial appointment within our specialized technical divisions and are seeking a highly motivated, result-oriented Sales Engineer – Waterproofing Coating Services to govern client acquisition pipelines and direct B2B revenue enhancement pathways across Dubai and Ajman. Designed for proactive sales professionals who possess a strong civil engineering baseline and excel at conducting complex material applications presentations, this full-time role focuses on accelerating client conversion rates, auditing project estimation logs, and maximizing technical customer retention under our integrated corporate management framework.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, refine, and implement data-driven commercial sales strategies to systematically expand the customer base and increase market revenue channels.
  • Identify and pursue high-value commercial project opportunities within the civil construction, infrastructure, and structural building materials sectors.
  • Promote specialized waterproofing coating services, membrane technologies, and protective compounds while providing precise technical guidance to clients.
  • Build and maintain long-term business relationships with primary main contractors, structural consultants, luxury real estate developers, and project engineers.
  • Conduct regular physical project site visits, technical client meetings, and high-impact specialized product performance presentations.
  • Prepare detailed project estimations, commercial quotations, tailored structural proposals, and accurate sales achievement records.
  • Negotiate corporate contract terms, manage client discount matrices, and support the successful closing of large-scale material supply operations.
  • Monitor technical construction market trends, evaluate regional competitor actions, and report potential commercial growth opportunities to directors.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Building Technology, or a matching accredited technical field is preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years of verified professional experience operating in engineering sales, corporate business development, or industrial technical account management roles.
  • Proven commercial experience with waterproofing systems, structural coatings, construction maintenance chemicals, or premium building fabrics.
  • A valid United Arab Emirates Driving License is mandatory to facilitate active client travel and multi-site project mobility.
  • Advanced technical data literacy with practical proficiency deploying account pipelines, target grids, and quotation tools inside CRM networks and Microsoft Excel.
  • Deep, comprehensive technical knowledge across the following engineering and business domains:
    • Waterproofing applications, liquid-applied coatings, injection grouting, and structural moisture protection standards.
    • Civil construction practices, concrete technology, design blueprint comprehension, and site operations routines.
    • B2B sales development loops, key account management parameters, and corporate contract negotiation tactics.
    • Project pipeline documentation, client relationship mapping, estimation standards, and competitor analysis.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, a confident public presentation demeanor, multi-tasking strengths under quota pressure, and robust engineering problem-solving habits.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication habits paired with the personal confidence to direct corporate client meetings independently on site.
