Job Description / Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Proactively identify and approach new corporate clients to generate fresh business opportunities within the UAE.
- Account Management: Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of service and repeat business.
- Product Promotion: Present and demonstrate the technical specifications and quality of various uniform and apparel products to decision-makers.
- Sales Targets: Consistently meet and exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales KPIs.
- Market Representation: Act as a professional brand ambassador for Creative Uniforms in the UAE marketplace.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client feedback, and market trends to support strategic planning.
🔹 Requirements:
- Language Skills: Must be a Native Arabic speaker to effectively communicate with regional clients.
- Mobility: A valid UAE driving license is a mandatory requirement for client visits across the emirates.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in product-based sales within the UAE market.
- Mindset: Results-driven, self-motivated, and capable of working independently to achieve targets.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Soft Skills: Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation abilities.
