Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated, client-oriented Sales Executive to generate new commercial accounts and lead inbound account cultivation from our elite corporate office in Downtown Dubai. Operating directly within our fast-paced commercial development unit, this full-time role focuses on building strong corporate pipelines, delivering B2B pitch modules, and closing client contracts under our overarching enterprise operations management framework.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate directly with potential high-value commercial prospects to identify and generate fresh corporate accounts.
  • Build, solidify, and maintain long-term professional relationships with institutional clients and corporate partners.
  • Support daily business development activities, manage incoming lead lists, and track conversion funnels accurately.
  • Coordinate directly with internal fulfillment and operational departments regarding specific client service blueprints.
  • Assist in expanding the brand’s physical footprint, regional service popularity, and general market share inside the UAE.
  • Prepare structured client follow-up files, custom service proposals, and interactive B2B sales presentations.
  • Maintain premium communication etiquette and provide exceptional client care across all project milestones.
  • Support the regional business division in consistently exceeding monthly revenue goals and primary group metrics.

🔹 Requirements:

  • A formal university Degree in Business Administration, International Marketing, Commercial Management, or a related field is preferred (candidates currently pursuing final-year studies with flexible schedules may be evaluated).
  • A strong preference will be extended to professional candidates with bilingual verbal fluency in Arabic and English.
  • Strong preference for 2 to 3 years of successful, verified sales acquisition or business development experience inside the UAE market.
  • Excellent interpersonal engagement skills, strong corporate presentation abilities, and reliable customer relationship management instincts.
  • A professional attitude with a high degree of confidence when leading high-stakes face-to-face client pitches.
  • Applicants must currently be based within the United Arab Emirates to participate in our corporate screening schedules.
  • Possession of a valid United Arab Emirates Driving License will be considered a highly advantageous asset for client travel.
  • Proven capacity to perform accurately and remain calm under pressure within a fast-moving, target-driven corporate atmosphere.
