🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • New Business Development: Actively identify, approach, and onboard new corporate clients within assigned industrial sectors.
  • Client Retention: Maintain and nurture strong relationships with existing accounts to ensure long-term partnership and repeat business.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Conduct regular client meetings, prepare professional logistics proposals, and diligently follow up on inquiries.
  • Target Achievement: Work efficiently under pressure to meet and exceed strict monthly and quarterly sales revenue targets.
  • Market Expansion: Support the company’s strategic growth by identifying emerging trends and gaps in the regional freight forwarding market.
  • Proposal Negotiation: Leverage strong communication and interpersonal skills to negotiate freight rates and service terms with clients.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience specifically in freight forwarding or logistics sales.
  • Regional Knowledge: Previous sales experience within the Dubai or wider UAE market is considered a major advantage.
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business, Logistics, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Soft Skills: Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills; ability to pitch complex supply chain solutions confidently.
  • Mindset: Self-motivated, highly organized, and comfortable performing in a high-pressure, performance-driven environment.
  • Execution: Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and manage a high volume of client follow-ups.
