Job Description:
The Sales Executive will drive corporate revenue growth, expand client accounts, and develop business across the retail, signage, and fit-out sectors. Based at our DIP 2 office in Dubai, this goal-oriented sales professional will generate leads, prepare commercial proposals, negotiate contracts, and coordinate with internal project teams to ensure seamless delivery and high customer satisfaction.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s client base.
- Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Generate sales leads, prepare business proposals, negotiate agreements, and successfully close deals.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed sales targets while providing exceptional customer support.
- Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for business growth.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related discipline preferred.
- Mandatory proven sales track record in the retail, signage, or interior fit-out industry.
- Strong capability in client relationship management, deal negotiation, and business development.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- A valid UAE driving license is strongly preferred.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven with a solid understanding of market trends.
