Job Description:
We are expanding our regional commercial distribution division and seeking an energetic, highly goal-oriented, and structured Sales Executive to join our professional FMCG operations team across Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a target-driven client outreach and market penetration specialist who can deliver transaction volumes and account health precision for management and board of directors performance review. You will be responsible for overseeing territory acquisition tracks, organizing distributor allocation sequences, updating client order profiles, archiving customer feedback logs, and executing precise retail sales pathways. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in FMCG Sales Funnel Metrics, FMCG Merchandising Rules, and Cross-Functional Retail Key Account Relations and a proactive approach to operational tracking. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong, mutually profitable relationships with existing and potential retail and commercial customers across assigned territories.
- Promote and sell our specialized portfolio of FMCG and hygiene-related products to major retail chains, supermarkets, and corporate buyers.
- Identify emerging market opportunities and systematically expand the client footprint within the highly competitive UAE market.
- Meet and exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets through structured strategy execution and persistent client outreach.
- Conduct regular, disciplined market visits to monitor competitor pricing arrays, promotional activities, and current trade trends.
- Prepare comprehensive sales pipeline reports, customer feedback metrics, and structured market updates for senior management review.
- Ensure smooth, timely coordination with internal logistics and supply chain departments regarding order dispatch and delivery timelines.
🔹 Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of proven professional experience handling FMCG sales operations within the UAE market is strictly mandatory.
- Possession of a valid UAE Driving License is completely mandatory for this field-based sales position.
- Prior experience managing and distributing corporate hygiene, sanitization products, or fast-moving consumer chemicals is considered a major competitive advantage.
- Exceptional face-to-face communication, commercial contract negotiation, and multi-cultural interpersonal presentation skills.
- Proven capability to work independently, map out complex routing maps, and manage assigned territories with high commercial efficiency.
- Strong knowledge base and practical exposure regarding the management of collection schedules, aging receivables, and margin structure updates.
- Professional background in education regarding B2B sales closing methods, stock availability metrics, commercial trade terms, and computerized CRM entry formats.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, close high-volume consumer accounts under tight monthly target periods, and thrive in an elite Dubai multi-territory field network.
