Job Description:
We are executing a strategic commercial expansion within our business development division and are seeking a motivated, results-driven Sales Executive to govern client acquisition pipelines and direct material sales pathways in Dubai. Built for high-performing market specialists with deep technical product knowledge, this full-time role focuses on accelerating off-take contracts, auditing project procurement specifications, and maximizing revenue volumes under our integrated corporate management framework.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new commercial leads and proactively identify business opportunities within the steel fabrication and civil construction sectors.
- Develop, scale, and maintain strong business relationships with engineering contractors, procurement managers, and major project stakeholders.
- Promote the company’s technical steel products, heavy metal fabrication solutions, and specialized project-related manufacturing services.
- Prepare comprehensive commercial quotations, negotiate pricing parameters, and successfully close volume sales agreements.
- Follow up consistently with commercial clients to guarantee delivery satisfaction and secure long-term repeat accounts.
- Coordinate seamlessly with internal production and logistics departments to support smooth, timely project execution.
- Achieve and consistently exceed assigned monthly and annual commercial sales revenue targets.
- Monitor steel market pricing trends, raw material indices, and competitive project pipelines systematically.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree, Technical Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, or a matching accredited discipline is preferred.
- A minimum of 2 to 5 years of successful, verified professional experience operating in industrial sales, with explicit preference given to those with a background in structural steel, metal fabrication, or heavy construction materials.
- Prior sales experience within the UAE construction market and an established professional network of local contracting partners are highly advantageous.
- Advanced technical data literacy with practical proficiency deploying pipeline logs, quotation matrices, and client performance sheets inside Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills paired with highly polished presentation and commercial negotiation capabilities.
- A self-motivated, target-driven mindset equipped to close high-volume distribution deals independently within a fast-paced environment.
- Holding a valid United Arab Emirates driving license is highly preferred to support client site visits.
