Job Description:

The Sales Executive – PCB Repair Solutions will drive business expansion across marine, offshore, defense, and oil & gas sectors, managing key accounts, coordinating technical discussions with engineering teams, and closing commercial deals for PCB repair and reverse engineering projects.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales of PCB repair solutions for marine navigation, communication, automation, and industrial electronic systems.
• Develop new business opportunities and manage existing customer accounts.
• Build relationships with ship owners, ship managers, shipyards, system integrators, offshore operators, and industrial clients.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from initial enquiry through order closure.
• Coordinate technical discussions between customers and engineering teams.
• Support retrofit, upgrade, reverse engineering, and electronic repair projects.
• Collaborate with logistics, procurement, service, and engineering teams for successful project execution.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve assigned revenue targets.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline preferred.
• 3–5+ years of UAE/GCC experience in technical B2B sales, electronics, industrial automation, or hardware distribution.
• Strong knowledge of circuit diagrams, schematics, Gerber files, BOMs, and PCB repair requirements.
• Proven track record of managing technical proposals, tenders, and commercial quotations.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management abilities.
