Job Description:

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, profile, approach, and engage qualified property buyers and international investors within the competitive Dubai real estate market segments fluidly.
- Manage end-to-end real estate sales cycles seamlessly, including active lead generation, high-level client meetings, structural negotiations, and final deal closures.
- Build and nurture robust, long-term commercial relationships with corporate and individual clients to cultivate referral loops and repeat transaction volume.
- Conduct physical property presentations, custom site viewings, and provide meticulous data regarding available listings and premier investment options.
- Utilize automated CRM infrastructures systematically to monitor customer interactions, update client metrics, and track pipeline metrics effectively.

- Coordinate closely with internal legal, conveyance, and administrative divisions to ensure smooth transaction processing and complete client satisfaction.

- Minimum of 1 or more years of proven, verifiable professional experience in real estate sales or property consultancy within the UAE is required.
