Job Description:

We are seeking high-performing, result-driven Sales Leaders to step into Country Head positions and assume full Profit & Loss (P&L) ownership over our primary business modules in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Operating at the highest tier of our brokerage division, this full-time role centers on establishing aggressive commercial frameworks, leading vast regional agent forces, and expanding multi-million asset channels under our group’s unified operations management framework.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Take complete, unambiguous ownership of the assigned business unit’s operational targets, monthly revenue charts, and total P&L accountability.
  • Build, structure, and scale high-performance direct sales pipelines and elite external channel partner teams.
  • Cultivate and maintain strategic joint-venture alignments with prominent tier-one property developers and regional institutional investors.
  • Formulate and execute aggressive commercial plans to consistently exceed targeted monthly and quarterly transaction milestones.
  • Drive forward-thinking market entry strategies to secure a dominant market share across specialized property categories.
  • Oversee end-to-end transactional workflows, optimizing closing ratios and resolving friction in complex, high-ticket property contracts.
  • Mentor, motivate, and manage extensive teams of real estate consultants, establishing clear key performance indicators.
  • Strengthen integrated broker networks and optimize regional channel marketing methodologies to maximize group profitability.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Diploma in Business Administration, International Sales, Strategic Marketing, or a closely related commercial track.
  • Proven executive leadership or high-performing managerial background operating directly inside the competitive UAE real estate market is mandatory.
  • Verified professional track record of driving aggressive growth metrics and achieving multi-million dirham high-ticket sales quotas.
  • Extensive network connections with regional asset developers, independent property brokers, and local real estate channels.
  • Strong leadership mindset paired with an analytical capacity for managing complex P&L balance sheets and operational budgets.
  • Superb verbal presentation, corporate negotiation, and interpersonal communication capabilities suited for high-profile client engagement.
  • Ability to navigate fast-paced, highly competitive corporate environments independently while maintaining strict compliance values.
