Job Description:
We are executing a strategic professional expansion within our property transactions division and are seeking an ambitious, results-oriented Sales Manager to govern client acquisition pipelines and direct transaction closing pathways in Dubai. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Drive residential and commercial property sales transactions with high fidelity across premium freehold locations in the UAE market.
- Develop, nurture, and maintain long-term commercial relationships with international property investors, local buyers, and asset owners.
- Identify emerging market channels to generate high-yield qualified leads and expand the firm’s client database.
- Conduct professional property presentations, site viewings, consultations, and structured commercial negotiations.
- Manage the complete sales lifecycle independently, from initial lead nurturing to contract signing and final deed registration.
- Achieve and consistently exceed assigned individual and team sales revenue targets.
- Analyze changing property developments, localized market trends, and off-plan investment opportunities systematically.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or formal Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or an equivalent accredited discipline is preferred.
- A proven, successful track record operating as a property consultant, investment advisor, or sales manager within the UAE real estate brokerage or developer sectors.
- Demonstrated market presence with a strong existing network of local property owners and high-net-worth real estate buyers.
- Advanced technical data literacy with practical proficiency deploying pipeline spreadsheets, commission models, and investor return calculations inside Microsoft Excel.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building capabilities, paired with highly polished negotiation and transaction closing skills.
- A self-motivated, target-driven mindset equipped to operate independently and navigate a highly competitive corporate framework.
- Deep operational understanding of the UAE property market structure, investment regulatory landscapes, and major developer networks.
