Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead revenue growth in the luxury building materials sector. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can secure high-value specifications for management and market performance review. You will be responsible for managing relationships with Tier-1 architects and designers, delivering technical presentations, and monitoring project design stages. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Architectural Specifications and Technical Sales Strategy and a proactive approach to project conversion. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth by securing product specifications to meet management and high-value project targets.
- Support commercial integrity in Dubai, ensuring 100% precision in technical presentations and project delivery stages.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department and design stakeholders to facilitate professional organizational reporting and project monitoring.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, and premium interior designers within the UAE.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools and CRM platforms to track the sales cycle from specification to final handover.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related professional field.
- Minimum 3+ years of professional experience specifically in luxury building materials sales.
- Strong background in management of architectural specifications and providing technical solutions for design drawings.
- Professional background in education or training regarding premium product positioning and stakeholder influence.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, possess a mandatory UAE Driving License, and maintain a strong professional network.
- Excellent communication skills with the capability to support a high-standard design firm in Dubai.
