Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Procurement Officer specializing in interior fit-out projects to join our growing team. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can source quality materials and negotiate cost-effective solutions for management and project performance review. You will be responsible for handling end-to-end procurement processes, evaluating supplier performance, and ensuring timely delivery of materials. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end procurement processes for fit-out projects to meet management and project deadlines.
- Support supply chain integrity in the UAE, ensuring 100% precision in vendor evaluation and material pricing.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department and site teams to facilitate professional organizational reporting and project requirement validation.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers to achieve cost-effective and high-quality material solutions.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools and procurement software to maintain accurate records and track delivery schedules.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related professional field.
- 2 to 4 years of professional experience specifically in procurement within the UAE interior fit-out industry.
- Strong background in management of vendor relationships, sourcing strategies, and market authority requirements.
- Professional background in education or training regarding negotiation tactics, supply chain logistics, and local market conditions.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, possess strong organizational skills, and maintain attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with the capability to support a high-standard fit-out firm in the UAE.
