Job Description:

The Sales & Marketing Executive – Events & Exhibitions will generate leads, sell exhibition stand solutions, manage client relationships, convert project opportunities, and execute digital marketing initiatives in Dubai, UAE.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new leads and business opportunities within the UAE Events & Exhibitions market.
• Build and maintain relationships with exhibitors, corporate clients, event organizers, and agencies.
• Promote exhibition stands, event solutions, fabrication, and related services.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and follow up with prospective clients.
• Convert qualified leads into successful projects while achieving monthly sales targets.
• Maintain an updated sales pipeline and prepare regular sales reports.
• Support social media, email marketing, digital campaigns, and content creation.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
• Attend client meetings, networking events, exhibitions, and site visits when required.
• Coordinate with Design, Production, and Operations teams to ensure project requirements are communicated effectively.
• Maintain excellent client relationships and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

🔹 Requirements:

• 2–4 years of relevant UAE experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
• Prior experience in the Events & Exhibitions industry is required or strongly preferred.
• Proven lead generation, client conversion, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of exhibition stands, fabrication, production, and installation is an advantage.
• Familiarity with digital marketing, social media management, and CRM tools.
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• UAE driving license is preferred.
