- Account Management: Drive growth within high-profile hypermarkets, supermarkets, and major retail chains.
- Visibility & Promotion: Ensure perfect execution of in-store promotions, new product listings, and shelf-space visibility.
- Relationship Building: Manage and develop strategic partnerships with key accounts to secure prime positioning.
- Execution Excellence: Monitor stock levels and ensure brand-compliant merchandising in-store.
πΉ Key Responsibilities:
- Revenue Generation: Meet and exceed aggressive sales targets through disciplined territory management and account planning.
- Market Share: Proactively identify gaps in the market to increase brand availability and shelf-share.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate sales pipelines, competitor activity reports, and market feedback for management.

- Education: Bachelorβs Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Skills: Exceptional negotiation, persuasive communication, and analytical abilities.
