Job Description:
The Sales Representative will drive regional business growth, expand product placement across retail accounts, and manage client relationships. Covering Dubai and the Northern Emirates, this commercial professional will promote premium healthcare lines, liaise with pharmacies and retail chains, conduct product presentations, analyze territory sales performance, and achieve strategic revenue goals.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell the company’s healthcare and consumer product portfolio to existing and prospective clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with pharmacies, health stores, distributors, and retail chains.
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to market expansion initiatives.
- Prepare regular sales reports, monitor performance, and analyze sales data.
- Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and negotiations to achieve sales objectives.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure excellent customer service and timely product delivery.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Health Sciences, Medical Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of UAE sales experience in FMCG, health supplements, wellness, or consumer healthcare.
- Demonstrated track record working directly with pharmacies, health stores, distributors, or retail chains.
- Possess a valid UAE driving license (mandatory for regional territory coverage).
- Proficiency in sales analytics, territory reporting, and Microsoft Office tools.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
