Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Team Leader to join our expanding real estate division in Abu Dhabi. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a leader who can guide sales agents for management and performance review. You will be responsible for developing effective sales strategies, overseeing the lead-to-closure process, and building strong relationships with stakeholders. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Real Estate Sales Cycles and Team Performance Mentorship and a proactive approach to achieving sales targets and ensuring professional service delivery. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of real estate agents to meet management and business revenue targets.
  • Support operational integrity in Abu Dhabi, ensuring 100% data integrity in lead generation, sales contracts, and client relationship management.
  • Liaise with the Human Resources department and marketing teams to develop and execute effective sales strategies and inventory management.
  • Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and mentor members to enhance productivity and deal closure rates.
  • Utilize digital Information Technology tools and CRM platforms to optimize sales tracking and professional organizational reporting.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing plus a relevant professional Real Estate Leadership or Sales Management Certificate.
  • Minimum 1 year of professional experience specifically as a Team Leader within a real estate company.
  • Strong background in management of client portfolios, property sales processes, and result-oriented team guidance.
  • Professional background in education or training regarding the UAE real estate market, negotiation skills, and customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, strong leadership capabilities, and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the capability to support a high-standard real estate firm in Abu Dhabi.
