Job Description / Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Travel Product Sales: Proactively promote and sell comprehensive travel packages, flight options, and ancillary services to prospective clients.
- Consultative Planning: Assist customers in navigating destinations and selecting holiday packages that align with their budget and preferences.
- Relationship Management: Build and nurture a loyal client base through consistent follow-ups and personalized service.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales KPIs through effective lead conversion.
- Customer Experience: Provide end-to-end support throughout the booking process, ensuring all documentation and travel requirements are met.
- Market Insight: Stay updated on global travel trends and visa regulations to provide expert advice to a diverse clientele.
🔹 Requirements:
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in both English and Tagalog (Mandatory for bilingual client support).
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree holder in any discipline.
- Mindset: Highly motivated, target-oriented, and passionate about the travel and tourism industry.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to close sales and handle client objections professionally.
- Attributes: Confident, proactive, and capable of working in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Joiners: Ability to attend walk-in interviews at the Dubai location is an advantage.
