Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Techno-Functional Consultant for an exciting on-site contract in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our technical framework, requiring a professional who can design and deliver automation solutions for management and performance review. You will be responsible for configuring SFMC features, translating functional requirements into technical builds, and supporting integration activities. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Marketing Cloud Implementations and a proactive approach to troubleshooting complex CRM environments. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead SFMC implementations and customization activities to meet management and client automation targets.
• Analyze functional requirements in Dubai and translate them into high-performing technical solutions, ensuring 100% data integrity in campaign execution.
• Liaise with the Human Resources and technical teams to support system integration, deployment, and troubleshooting of marketing solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure system efficiency and implement performance improvements across data-driven marketing operations.
• Utilize digital Information Technology tools to optimize SFMC features and ensure project deadlines are met in a fast-paced on-site environment.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or professional Certificate in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
• 3–5 years of professional hands-on experience specifically with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Strong background in management of both technical and functional CRM aspects, including campaign automation and data modeling.
• Professional background in education or training regarding Salesforce certifications and marketing automation logic.
• Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, work collaboratively in client-facing environments, and solve complex technical problems.
• Candidates must be currently based in Dubai and available for on-site work in the Deira district.
