Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced School Wellness Coordinator to join our team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our institutional framework, requiring a professional who can manage healthcare services for management and regulatory review. You will be responsible for providing medical care, managing student health records, and ensuring compliance with DHA regulations. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in School Nursing and a proactive approach to health education. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day medical care and first aid to students and staff to meet management and safety standards.
- Monitor and manage student health records in Dubai to ensure 100% data integrity and confidentiality.
- Liaise with the Human Resources and academic teams to coordinate health education and wellness initiatives within the school.
- Respond effectively to medical emergencies and ensure full compliance with school health policies and DHA regulations.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools for the proper documentation and reporting of all health-related incidents.
🔹 Requirements:
- Mandatory Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing with a valid DHA Registered Nurse License.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience specifically working as a School Nurse in the UAE.
- Current BLS/CPR certification with a strong background in emergency management.
- Professional background in education or training regarding child healthcare and school safety standards.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, maintain composure under pressure, and manage complex health protocols.
- Excellent communication skills with the capability to coordinate effectively with parents and healthcare professionals in Dubai.
