- Teach core Science subjects across secondary school grade levels with high engagement and focus.
- Monitor, evaluate, and track individual student progress while actively supporting targeted academic growth.

- Proven professional teaching experience at the secondary school level, with a strong preference for the British National Curriculum (IGCSE/A-Levels).

- Demonstrated ability to connect with teenagers, manage individual learning differences, and implement differentiated learning paths.
- Deep passion for student mentorship, community development, and innovative pedagogy.
- Familiarity with leveraging digital learning portals, interactive smartboards, and educational software driven by modern classroom Information Technology systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or Physics from an accredited higher education institution, with a formal teaching qualification (such as a PGCE or B.Ed.) highly preferred.
