Job Description:
We are looking to hire a capable and professional Secretary Receptionist to support daily office operations in Abu Dhabi. This role is fundamental to the organizational framework, requiring a professional who can assist in managing executive-level responsibilities for management and strategic review. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth communication within the Chairman’s office, managing schedules, and coordinating meetings in a high-responsibility environment. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence to meet management and professional service targets.
- Greet and assist visitors in Abu Dhabi, ensuring 100% data integrity in visitor logs and front office records.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department and senior leadership to coordinate schedules and manage daily priorities.
- Maintain accurate records, documents, and office files while ensuring absolute confidentiality and smooth day-to-day operations.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools and professional telephone etiquette to optimize workflow and enhance organizational communication.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or professional Certificate in Business Administration or a related field.
- Previous professional experience specifically in a secretarial or receptionist role within the UAE (Preferred).
- Strong background in management of executive scheduling, email handling, and front desk operations.
- Professional background in education or training regarding customer service and business correspondence.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, a professional attitude, and the capability to join immediately.
- Excellent organizational skills with the capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment in Abu Dhabi.
