Job Description:
We are currently inviting applications for the position of SEN Teacher to join our team in Dubai for an August 2026 start. This role is fundamental to our inclusive framework, requiring a professional who can deliver tailored learning experiences for management and student review. You will be responsible for developing Individual Education Plans (IEPs), monitoring student performance, and contributing to a forward-thinking Inclusion Team. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in SEN Teaching Practices and a proactive approach to student engagement. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver tailored lessons to meet management and individualized student success targets.
- Develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) in Dubai to ensure 100% data integrity in tracking student progress.
- Liaise with the Human Resources and Inclusion Team to provide holistic support for Students of Determination and their parents.
- Foster an inclusive classroom environment that promotes engagement, confidence, and high educational standards.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools to monitor performance and implement inclusive teaching strategies across the school.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Special Education, or a related academic discipline.
- Professional passion for working with Students of Determination within an inclusive British curriculum setting.
- Strong background in management of SEN teaching strategies, IEP implementation, and student assessment.
- Professional background in education or training regarding reflective teaching practices and collaborative inclusion.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence and a commitment to maintaining high student outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills with the capability to work effectively within a dynamic team in the UAE.
