Job Description:

We are executing a strategic mechanical appointment within our central service division and are seeking a meticulous, solution-driven Senior AC Technician to govern climate infrastructure maintenance pipelines and direct technical cooling restoration pathways in Dubai. Configured for proactive field service specialists who possess deep operational command of marine and residential refrigeration hardware and excel at executing rapid system diagnostics, this full-time track focuses on accelerating technical breakdown closures, auditing cooling plant metrics, and maximizing equipment uptime under our unified operational management framework.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Install, inspect, overhaul, and commission specialized split, window, and centralized air conditioning assemblies.
• Diagnose advanced refrigeration cycle faults, trace electrical compressor failures, and execute durable mechanical repair choices.
• Perform multi-point preventive maintenance and systematic corrective overhauls on heavy-duty HVAC equipment.
• Manage refrigerant recovery loops, checking gas charge metrics and ensuring zero ecological emissions during service lines.
• Coordinate on-site field activities independently to guarantee all engineering tasks align with safety and corporate quality benchmarks.
• Provide high-touch technical client support, explaining mechanical system parameters to customers transparently.
• Maintain clear records of daily service logs, component swap lists, and tool inventory statuses.

🔹 Requirements:

• Technical Diploma, vocational certificate, or equivalent engineering apprenticeship credentials in HVAC Systems or refrigeration mechanics.
• Mandatory Operational Asset: Must possess a valid, clean United Arab Emirates Driving License to facilitate rapid field movement across client sites.
• Proven, high-performance professional history operating as a Senior AC Technician, field mechanic, or HVAC service team leader within the region.
• Advanced mechanical and data literacy with practical capability tracking equipment performance parameters and organizing service timelines inside MS Excel sheets.
• Deep, comprehensive operational knowledge across the following primary functional dimensions:
  • Split air conditioning units, variable refrigerant flow systems, and wall-mounted cooling loops.
  • Centralized HVAC structures, package units, air handling systems, and water-cooled chiller mechanics.
  • Advanced troubleshooting methods, electrical control testing, board diagnosis, and compressor repair metrics.
  • Preventive maintenance routines, coil chemical cleaning steps, ductwork inspections, and thermal safety rules.
• Outstanding situational diagnostic talents, strict attention to mechanical safety detail, strong client communication habits, and a collaborative mindset suitable for marine and terrestrial field settings.
