Job Description:

We are executing a strategic clinical appointment within our central pediatric outpatient division and are seeking a meticulous, compassionate Registered Nurse – Pediatrics to govern young patient clinical pipelines and direct pediatric nursery care pathways in Dubai. Configured for systematic nursing specialists who possess deep operational command of infant nursing workflows and excel at coordinating patient tracking profiles under clinical pressure, this full-time track focuses on accelerating patient case evaluation speeds, auditing electronic health record systems, and maximizing clinical quality metrics under our integrated healthcare management framework.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional, high-touch clinical nursing care to infants, children, and young patients across outpatient clinical stations.
  • Monitor vital physiological trends continuously, conduct patient visual assessments, and preserve accurate, audit-ready medical charts.
  • Assist attending primary pediatricians and visiting medical consultants during complex examinations and therapeutic treatments.
  • Administer prescription medications, specialized pediatric dosages, and clinical treatments according to precise physician orders.
  • Educate parents and legal guardians systematically regarding home care steps, specialized nutrition tracks, and medication delivery plans.
  • Enforce complete compliance with regional public healthcare regulations, clinical safety codes, and infection containment measures.
  • Collaborate closely with internal pharmacy logistics and core emergency triage teams to ensure flawless operational handovers.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or a matching equivalent nursing qualification from a fully accredited medical college.
  • Mandatory Clinical Credentials: Must possess a valid, active Registered Nurse License issued by the Dubai Health Authority (DHA) or Ministry of Health (MOH).
  • A minimum of 2 years of verified, high-performance professional experience operating a pediatric nursing desk or managing childcare medical portfolios within the UAE healthcare marketplace.
  • Advanced technical data literacy with extensive practical capability updating electronic medical record (EMR) systems, managing clinic schedules, and building patient statistic profiles inside MS Excel.
  • Deep, comprehensive operational knowledge across the following primary functional dimensions:
    • Pediatric nursing practices, developmental milestone evaluations, and specialized pediatric phlebotomy methods.
    • Patient physiological monitoring, pediatric dosage mathematics, and therapeutic fluid administration protocols.
    • Biomedical infection containment parameters, facility waste rules, and clinical risk control benchmarks.
    • Pediatric emergency response routines, advanced basic life support (BLS/PALS), and detailed clinical documentation standards.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, strict attention to clinical data detail, a comforting patient manner, and immediate professional availability within the UAE to facilitate rapid clinical integration.
