Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our finance team in Abu Dhabi. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can manage core accounting operations for management and financial review. You will be responsible for preparing financial statements, handling accounts payable/receivable, and maintaining general ledger accuracy. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Financial Reporting and UAE VAT Regulations and a proactive approach to cash flow monitoring and audit coordination. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations to meet management and financial reporting targets.
• Support fiscal integrity in Abu Dhabi, ensuring 100% data integrity in bank reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable, and general ledgers.
• Liaise with the Human Resources department and external auditors to ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations and VAT requirements.
• Monitor cash flow and assist in financial planning and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Utilize digital Information Technology tools and accounting software (Tally/QuickBooks) to optimize reporting accuracy and professional organizational efficiency.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field plus relevant professional Senior Accountancy Credentials.
• Minimum 3+ years of professional experience specifically within the accounting sector (UAE experience preferred).
• Strong background in management of financial statements, budgets, and audit processes.
• Professional background in education or training regarding Tally, QuickBooks, ERP systems, and UAE VAT laws.
• Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, strong analytical skills, and a detail-oriented approach.
• Excellent organizational skills with the capability to support a high-standard organization in Abu Dhabi.
