Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Senior Accountant to join our team in Ajman, supporting our core Real Estate and Facility Management operations. This role is fundamental to our financial framework, requiring a professional who can manage day-to-day accounting processes, prepare complex financial reports, and ensure absolute UAE VAT compliance. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records in ERP systems and coordinating with external auditors for management review. We are looking for a detail-oriented accountant with a strong background in IFRS who thrives in a fast-paced corporate environment. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily accounting operations, including General Ledger (GL), AP, and AR to support sales and collection targets.
- Prepare comprehensive financial statements, variance analysis, and monthly management reports.
- Perform meticulous reconciliations for banks, suppliers, and inter-company accounts to maintain fiscal accuracy.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department regarding payroll accounting and employee benefit provisions.
- Utilize Information Technology tools and ERP software like Oracle NetSuite for advanced financial tracking and VAT filing.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance; ACCA or Master’s degree is highly preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience; prior experience in the UAE Real Estate sector is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and UAE VAT regulations and compliance procedures.
- Strong background in management of audit processes and internal financial controls.
- Professional background in education or training regarding advanced Microsoft Excel and ERP system integration.
- Ability to coordinate with engineering and facility teams for project cost tracking and budget analysis.
