Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join a well-established organization in Dubai. This role is fundamental to the organizational framework, requiring a professional who can manage complex accounting operations for management and audit review. You will be responsible for preparing financial statements, monitoring project-based budgets, and ensuring strict compliance with UAE financial regulations. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Construction and Landscaping Financial Processes and a proactive approach to financial planning and month-end closing activities. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations to meet management and financial accuracy targets.
• Support fiscal integrity in Dubai, ensuring 100% data integrity in financial statements, project costing, and expense monitoring.
• Liaise with the Human Resources department and internal teams to coordinate financial planning and support management decision-making with detailed insights.
• Execute accounts payable and receivable functions while ensuring full compliance with UAE financial regulations and internal audit requirements.
• Utilize digital Information Technology tools and advanced accounting systems to optimize month-end and year-end closing activities.

🔹 Requirements:

• MBA or M.Com in Finance from a reputed institution plus a relevant professional Senior Accountant Certificate.
• 8 to 10 years of professional UAE experience specifically within the construction, contracting, or landscaping industries.
• Strong background in management of project costing, financial reporting standards, and multi-departmental coordination.
• Professional background in education or training regarding UAE financial regulations, audit compliance, and analytical problem-solving.
• Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, work under pressure, and meet strict financial deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational skills with the capability to support a high-performing finance team in Dubai.
