Job Description:
The Senior Accountant will manage financial transactions, maintain general ledger integrity, and oversee accounting operations across corporate accounts. Based in Dubai, this detail-oriented professional will execute AP/AR functions, perform bank reconciliations, ensure strict compliance with IFRS, UAE VAT, and regulatory standards, and assist with financial forecasting, budgeting, and capital reporting.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage financial transactions and maintain accurate general ledger records.
- Oversee Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable operations.
- Perform bank reconciliations and prepare financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, VAT, and UAE accounting regulations.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities.
- Maintain accurate financial documentation and accounting records.
🔹 Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of professional accounting experience.
- Strong working knowledge of IFRS, UAE VAT compliance, and general accounting standards.
- Proficiency in ERP accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Background in capital markets, investment accounting, or asset management is a strong advantage.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and financial record management skills.
