Job Description:
The Senior Accountant will manage end-to-end accounting operations, oversee cash flow planning, and drive statutory compliance across group manufacturing activities. Operating out of our Dubai office, this experienced finance professional will handle AP/AR functions, process payroll, coordinate banking credit facilities, conduct internal audits, and deliver financial reporting to executive management.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Process payroll accurately and handle employee reimbursement transactions.
- Monitor cash flow while supporting budgeting and financial planning activities.
- Coordinate with banks and financial institutions regarding credit facilities and maintain professional relationships.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and internal accounting controls.
- Prepare financial reports, provide recommendations, and support management with business insights.
- Work closely with external auditors during monthly and annual audit processes.
- Supervise and guide accounting assistants or bookkeepers where required.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; CMA (USA) professional qualification is preferred.
- Minimum 6 years of solid GCC experience in a similar senior accounting capacity within manufacturing or industrial sectors.
- Demonstrated expertise in full-cycle (A–Z) accounting, AP/AR operations, payroll, and cash flow control.
- Proven experience maintaining banking relations, credit facilities, and managing external audit reviews.
- High stability in employment history with a track record of consistent tenure in prior roles.
- Strong proficiency in accounting ERP software platforms and advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Immediate joiners currently residing in the UAE are given strong preference.
