Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Accountant to join a fast-growing QSR team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to the organizational framework, requiring a professional who can oversee accounting operations for management and fiscal review across 20+ outlets. You will be responsible for preparing financial reports, developing cost control strategies, and performing accurate stock reconciliations. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Restaurant Finance and a proactive approach to POS data tracking and revenue auditing. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee accounting operations across 20+ outlets to meet management and business performance targets.
- Analyze financial reports in Dubai, ensuring 100% data integrity in revenue reconciliation, POS sales data, and inventory accounting.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department and operations teams to develop budgets and implement effective cost control strategies.
- Monitor stock reconciliation processes while ensuring full compliance with financial policies and reporting standards across the QSR network.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools and inventory systems to optimize financial documentation and professional operational reporting.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance plus a relevant professional Certificate.
- Proven professional experience specifically managing accounting for 20+ outlets in the QSR industry.
- Strong background in management of financial reporting, budgeting, and restaurant cost management.
- Professional background in education or training regarding POS platforms, inventory systems, and revenue reconciliation.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence and efficiency in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills with the capability to support a large-scale F&B operation in Dubai (UAE residency required).
