Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Accountant to join our finance department. This role is fundamental to our fiscal framework, requiring a professional with a deep understanding of financial reporting, VAT, and corporate tax within the F&B industry. You will be responsible for managing cash flow, overseeing AR/AP processes, and preparing accurate financial statements for management review. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who can coordinate audit activities and manage inter-company accounts with precision. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage cash flow effectively and ensure financial stability across Dubai and Sharjah operations.
- Oversee accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) processes for departmental management.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department regarding payroll verification, audit requirements, and professional certifications.
- Ensure full compliance with UAE VAT and corporate tax regulations, maintaining accurate inter-company reconciliations.
- Utilize digital Information Technology and ERP systems to provide detailed management reports for strategic decision-making.
🔹 Requirements:
- MBA in Finance preferred, with professional certifications such as ACCA, CPA, or CA (part qualified).
- 7 to 10 years of accounting experience, with a mandatory minimum of 5 years specifically in the UAE F&B sector.
- Strong background in management of financial statements, audit coordination, and cash flow stability.
- Professional background in education or training regarding UAE tax laws and international accounting standards.
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in the fast-paced F&B market.
- High level of proficiency in financial Information Technology and advanced Excel reporting.
