Job Description:

We are currently seeking experienced and detail-oriented accounting professionals to join our finance team. These roles are fundamental to our commercial framework, requiring professionals who can manage day-to-day accounting operations for management and audit review. We are hiring for both Senior Accountant and General Accountant positions. You will be responsible for preparing financial statements, managing accounts payable/receivable, and supporting large-scale infrastructure budgets. We are looking for individuals with a strong foundation in Contracting Accounting and a proactive approach to financial performance analysis. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations and financial records to meet management accuracy standards.
• Prepare financial statements, reports, and project budgets in compliance with UAE accounting standards.
• Liaise with the Human Resources and finance teams to handle efficient accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Monitor financial performance and support audits to ensure 100% data integrity and regulatory compliance.
• Utilize digital Information Technology tools to analyze financial trends and identify areas for operational improvement.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related academic discipline.
• 8 to 12 years of professional experience in accounting, with mandatory experience in contracting or construction.
• Strong background in management of road and infrastructure project accounting is a significant advantage.
• Professional background in education or training regarding financial reporting standards and industry procedures.
• Ability to demonstrate operational excellence and strong analytical problem-solving skills in the UAE.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to maintain proper documentation for complex financial transactions.
